The Ministry of Labour would like to remind everyone to submit a fully attested Education Certificate which includes the notarization and authentication stamps from the certificates country of origin including the UAE Embassy of issuing country, once the certificate has these stamps it is to be further attested at Minstry of Foreign Affairs here in UAE. With effect from 29th January 2019, the Ministry of Labour will no longer consider/accept certificates without the complete attestation. This has always been the case but they have been lenient in the past especially in cases whereby the employee has been outside the UAE.
Fully attested Education Certificates are required for those work permit/employment visas you will apply with the qualified job titles likes Supervisors, Managers, Engineers, Directors, Lawyers, Accountants and Executives. If you have partially attested documents this is not accepted there must be the full 3 official stamps on the Certificate for use in the UAE.
